PayPal automatically deducts a fee when you receive payments from Actiyon. We send all payments in Euros so if your PayPal uses a different currency, a conversion rate may also be applied. You’re therefore required to login to PayPal and approve any funds we send you within 20 days after pay day. Otherwise, the money is automatically sent back to Actiyon and you’ll need to contact us for support. In case you have the option to receive a SEPA transfer, you may do so instead. Transfers have to be approved by Actiyon first. Pay day is in the middle and at the end of each month. Therefore, it can take about 20 days for your payment to arrive.
